La Taverna del Borgo, a family-run restaurant with a rustic and well-kept character, located in a 1700 building above the Calmasino square, 2 km from the Affi exit and 2 km from the center of Bardolino.
La Taverna del Borgo with its rustic and welcoming aspect offers its customers a traditional Venetian atmosphere. Our cuisine offers a tradition made of typical excellent products ranging from Garda oil, cheeses and truffles from Monte Baldo and Monti Lessini and of course the local wines.
La Taverna del Borgo takes advantage of a trend that brings the traditional product back into vogue in a completely captivating historical landscape setting. In the frame of a historic building in the center of the main square of the hamlet of Calmasino overlooking Lake Garda.

Excellent and varied appetizer. Exceptional truffle tagliatelle. Punctual and discreet service. At the end of the meal the chef showed up with a freshly baked strudel. Excellent surprise.
A small restaurant in a nineteenth-century villa complex, a very well-kept and characteristic environment in the Garda hinterland. Adjacent to the village square and with comfortable parking spaces nearby. The kitchen is quality and you can eat very well. I suggest booking .. absolutely recommended
What about the village tavern and a very nice and well-kept place located on the hills of Bardolino. Quality food and well-laid dishes. The restaurant run by 2 very friendly and kind guys ready to satisfy your palate, I recommend it if you happen to be in the Bardolino areas.

In Calmasino, on the hills of eastern Gardesana, there is this delicious restaurant, run by young people, who for some years have relaunched it, taking over the previous management, of the father of one of them. The aim was to maintain local specialties, introducing small variations, to relaunch them in a modern key. They are doing an excellent job: here both those who go for a quick lunch, and those who want to make a tasty but also refined dinner, in an informal environment, will find what they are looking for. All with accurate, but not overwhelming, service at the right price. Definitely recommended.
